We are highly skilled at working with Trustees and Chief Executives, ensuring all the key stakeholders are engaged, and that everyone is delighted with both the process and the ultimate outcome. We have conducted a wide range of successful private sector and internationals searches, as well as cross sector national searches.
The Not for Profit sector is growing sector in size and impact. We see at first hand the challenges of increased accountability, the need to diversify income streams and improve governance. All of this whilst balancing the challenges of maintaining a strong brand, delivering and improving high calibre services, campaigning and ensuring the volunteers and service users are kept at the heart of everything you do.
Tribal has a strategic partnership with ACEVO (https://www.acevo.org.uk/). Tribal’s’ Not for Profit Practice is led by David Fielding MBE who has worked with acevo in a variety of roles for the past ten years on a range of issues including service delivery, core costs, campaigning, trust, recruitment and governance.
