Tribal’s Health Executive Resourcing Practice has a strong, dedicated team based in offices across the North, the Midlands and the South. A significant proportion of Tribal Group’s turnover comes from the NHS. Our presence is growing, aided in part by last year’s recruitment of Matthew Swindells, a former DG at the Department of Health and ex-Chief Executive of the Royal Surrey, to lead it. We support both the DoH and the Service on the ground through all types of consulting, advertising and recruiting. We have worked with virtually every NHS organisation and as a result our networks are broad and deep.
Our capability in delivering efficient and effective resourcing solutions is strengthened by the fact we are an integrated business. Tribal has its own in-house advertising agency. The Tribal Healthcare Advertising Practice, led by Elizabeth Hibbert, creates inspiring advertisements and microsites. Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing business offers cost-effective support to volume recruitments; the in-house Assessment team - with a background in assessment, development and occupational psychology – supports appointments at a senior level as well as major change programmes. Its expertise includes the assessment of candidates for senior clinical roles.
We have a strong track record across all health sectors including acute, primary care, mental health and ambulance service trusts, and SHAs. We have advised Foundation Trusts on NED appointments and supported the Appointments Commission in their work. Our Health Practice has been built on the experience of tackling ‘hard to fill’ assignments at or immediately below Board level, where our ability to adopt an innovative, flexible approach is key.
